2. League Structure & Pyramid
The Nexus League operates on a dynamic promotion and relegation system designed to ensure competitive balance and give every club a chance to rise to the top.
League Hierarchy
The pinnacle of the competition, featuring the top 4 teams from the regular season.
The top division consisting of 10 elite teams.
The second division, where newly promoted teams and relegated Nexus League teams compete.
The third division for developing teams.
The fourth division for competitive play.
The entry point for new teams, featuring a massive 20-team roster.
Promotion & Relegation Mechanics

The bottom 2 teams at the end of the season are relegated to the division below.
⬆️ Promotion
The top 2 teams from each division are promoted to the league above.
🏆 Continental Qualification (Nexus Elite)
The top 3 teams qualify automatically for the Nexus Elite League (Champions League). The 4th spot is contested via a Playoff between positions 4-8 (one-leg ties).
3. Season Calendar & Matchday Schedule
The Nexus League operates on a strict monthly cycle to ensure consistency for all participants. The season is divided into 4 weeks.
Weekly Format (Regular Season)
Matches are played daily from Monday to Friday.
Week 1 & 2 - Regular Season

4. Official League Rules
4.1 Match Reporting & Fixtures

- ✓ Score Submission: All participants must submit scores and screenshots to the Main League WhatsApp Group on the specified match day.
- ⚠ Both Teams Fail: Result is recorded as a 0-0 draw.
- ! One Team Fails: The reporting team is awarded a 1-0 win.
- ✗ Forfeit: Scores will be recorded as given by the E-Football game client.
4.2 Communication & Conduct
- ✓ Official Channels: All members must be part of the League's official WhatsApp and/or Discord channels.
- ✓ Language Policy: English is the sole official language for all communication.
- ⚠ Sportsmanship: All members are expected to act with respect and integrity. Abuse or toxic behavior will result in disciplinary action.
4.3 Game Settings & Match Integrity
- ⏱️ Match Duration: All games must be strictly set to 3 minutes (half-length).
- 📹 Recording: All members are required to follow the League's YouTube channel.
- 📱 Streaming: Recorded matches may be uploaded to social media for promotional purposes.
5. Financial Fair Play (FFP) Regulations
To ensure the league remains sustainable and competitive, all teams must adhere to the following financial regulations.
5.1 Rosters & Transfers
- 📋 Roster Freeze: Teams must announce their full, final roster on Week 4 of the season.
- 🔄 Transfer Window: Week 4 is the only time transfers can occur. No changes outside this window.
- 👤 Registration: All players must be registered under a single team account.
5.2 Fee Structure
Coverage: Server maintenance, admin costs, social media management, and the "Wall of Honor" for Elite League Winners.
⚠️ Compliance: Non-compliance may result in fines or suspension.
6. Terms & Conditions
- Participation Agreement: By registering for The Nexus League, participants agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions made by the League Management.
- Media Rights: The Nexus League reserves the right to use match footage, usernames, and results for promotional purposes on YouTube and social media.
